Looking For Alaska
By Sarah Cranfield

Alaska
She fell victim
to self animosity
shes absolutely beautiful

She vanished away
into thin air
seeped into the night
never to return again

why did she relinquish
what was her motive
she engulfed death
on that very night

drunk to the bone
stabbed in the heart
she left us forsaken
in question

the phone rang
tears ran down her face
she hangs up
then escapes

suicide clouding her mind
she drove away
the white flowers
strewn in the back

she crushed the pedel
to the floor
as agony
clenched her soul

blindly exellerating
shes crashes
ribs caving in
whiplashed, dead

enternal bleeding
devours her body
the light exits
her fragile soul

she is obscured
and we still are searching
loving, and looking
for Alaska.
