Homeless man found dead behind Albany building

ALBANY -- A homeless man was found dead behind a city building Friday evening, police said. Robert DeFlumer, 44, may have frozen to death outside the rear of 115 Ontario St., Albany Department of Public Safety spokesman James Miller said.
"He had a make-shift shelter," he said.
An autopsy was scheduled for today but Miller did not have the results by 5 p.m. He said it appeared that the cold temperatures may have contributed to the man's death. Police aren't considering the death suspicious.
